My Story

You've likely heard it before. Some version or another.

Type A burns out and finds a new way.

Of course, my version is uniquely mine.

​

Pre-med undergrad becomes

hospital administrator turned

genetics lab researcher turned

corporate litigator,

develops chronic fatigue,

discovers energy healing and

becomes obsessed with wellness,

goes back to school again to work in

integrative medicine, then...

down the rabbit hole she goes.

​

What I found down there defies description.

A whole new worldview.

A whole new world.

The rules have changed.

Miracles abound.

And the journey continues.

I am a self-professed education addict - 

11+ years of grad school.

Degrees from Stanford, Johns Hopkins & Georgetown.

Now I study tools of transformation.

The curriculum is vast.

It takes up a lot of my time and I love it.

​

I am honored to pass on what I've learned to others.

The practices I teach about and resources I share can assist you

in finding your own path of liberation,

...but I must warn you...

Once you start down your conscious road toward inner peace,

there is no turning back.

What is seen cannot be unseen.

Things will change.
